You agree not to:

  • Perform reverse engineering

  • Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of data entered

  • Ensuring authorized access only by permitted users

  • Compliance with applicable tax laws and financial regulations

4. Subscription & Payments

  • The platform operates on a subscription basis.

  • All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

  • Failure to renew may result in suspension of services or restricted access.

5. Data Storage & Backup

We provide cloud storage and automated backups. However, users are advised to keep periodic offline backups for additional safety.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Server upgrades

  • External technical issues

We will attempt to notify users of planned downtimes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of profits, financial loss, or data loss

  • Errors caused by users or third-party integrations

  • Business decisions made based on reports generated

Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 6 months.

8. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are not completed

  • Illegal activities are detected

Users may also cancel the subscription anytime.

9. Changes to Terms

Kalki Digital Information Technologies may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Continued use of the software indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
